Cancel any time
You can cancel a paid plan whenever you like from your billing settings. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. We will remind you before a yearly renewal where the law or our payment partner requires it. To avoid a charge, cancel before the renewal date.
7-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer, for the first purchase of a paid plan.
After that
Payments for a period that has already started are generally not refundable. We will still consider a refund or credit where we caused the problem, for example if the service was unavailable for a long time, if you were charged twice, or if you were charged after cancelling in time.
Resellers
Reseller plan fees follow the same rules. For wholesale seats billed monthly, you can reduce or remove seats before the next renewal; seats already billed for the current month are not refunded except where the paragraph above applies.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. Banks and card networks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. If the original method is no longer available, contact us and we will find another way.
Taxes and currency
Where we collected tax such as GST or VAT, it is refunded with the amount it applied to. Refunds are made in the currency you paid in; exchange-rate differences and any fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
How to ask
Contact us through our contact page with the topic “Plans and pricing”, give the email on your account and the date of the payment. We aim to reply within 24 hours and to decide within 7 days.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under consumer protection law where you live.
